Tell us what the device is doing. We diagnose it, explain the fault in plain words and quote before any repair. If a diagnostic fee applies, we tell you before we start.
How a repair works
Book in
We record your device, its condition and the fault on a job card, and give you an expected ready date.
Diagnose and quote
We find the fault and send you a quotation by email or WhatsApp. You can approve or decline it online.
Repair and test
We only do the work you approved. If we find another problem, we ask you before going further.
Collect
We let you know when it is ready. Pay by cash, EFT, card or Instant EFT when you collect.

Every repair is written up on a job card when you book in, and nothing is fixed until you have seen the price and said yes.

Open the private link in your quotation email or WhatsApp message to see where your repair is, approve your quote and download your job card, quotation and invoice. Lost the link? Send us your job number and we will resend it.
Questions customers ask
Do I pay anything before you start?
No repair work starts until you approve the quotation. If a diagnostic fee applies, we tell you and get your go-ahead first.
How long will it take?
You get an expected ready date when you book in. If a part has to be ordered, we let you know how that changes the date.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Replacement parts and the labour to fit them carry a three-month warranty. Bring your job card or invoice if you need to claim.
Will I lose my files?
Some repairs can affect stored data, so please back up before you bring the device in. Ask us first if you need help with a backup.
What if it cannot be fixed?
We explain why and you collect your device. You only pay for diagnostic work you agreed to beforehand.
How can I pay?
Cash, EFT, card or Instant EFT. Payment is due when you collect your device.
